I am a PhD candidate at the college of computer and information science at Northeastern University, where I work in Relational Agents Group under the supervision of Prof. Timothy Bickmore to develop intelligent conversational agents for training and promoting health behavior change. We build agents to persuade and keep accompany with the users through a long-term, emotional and interactive relationship. I am particularly interested in providing agency and support for some of the humans' tasks in a group setting using AI and conversational agent technology.
